Section 75, 76 and 77 of the Environment topic of the Policy Declaration (PD)

Title: Contaminated Sites, National Parks and Waterways and Fisheries.

Burnaby North - Seymour improved the ENVIRONMENT topic of the PD at the 2023 Conservative national convention by passage of 3 of our submissions, most notably section 68 Environmental Principles that places clean air and climate, clean water and land and biodiversity into the PD.

As a result of a rule change, our EDA has been permitted to submit a Bundled proposal that affects 3 of the remaining sections. This would result in an ENVIRONMENT topic of the PD that the Leader and all Candidates can get behind, and stop our critics from saying that we are "climate deniers" and we have no environmental policy.
